At Tulix Caye, you're not booking a room—you're booking your own private island. Whether your group is 1 guest or 8, the entire island is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay.

We believe the best way to experience island life is to slow down, disconnect, and truly embrace it. That's why we recommend a minimum stay of four nights. While we may consider three-night stays on a case-by-case basis, four nights gives you time to relax, explore, and create lasting memories with family and friends.

Nightly Rates

• $699 USD per night for up to 4 guests

• $50 USD per night for each additional guest

• Children under 12: $25 USD per night

Additional Fees

We believe in complete transparency, so there are no hidden surprises.

• Cleaning Fee: $100 USD per stay

• Round-Trip Boat Transfer: $400 USD per group (fuel costs in Belize are unfortunately very high, and this helps cover the cost of getting you safely to and from the island and keeps the nightly rate down.)

• Belize Tourism Tax: 9%

A 4-night stay for a group of four comes to just under $3,600 USD, including everthing. That's approximately $225 USD per person, per night for the exclusive use of your own private Caribbean island.
